When I was in the University, I became an English Tutor for fourth graders. I was also a reading and spelling tutor for kids below 6 years old. I've been a Match Club President and a Theater Performer when I was in High School. Currently, I'm a Quality Assurance Specialist for Everything Everywhere T-Mobile UK. As a Quality Specialist, our task is to monitor the growth of our agents through continuous evaluation. We ensure that calls are handled with excellence. We also provide feedback to agents not only with the product but on how they handle the call. Articulation and Communications Skills are also being evaluated. I always wanted to be a tutor as I am interested in helping kids and even kids at heart learn the easy way. Making them realize that studying is a hobby that they will love and not just something that they are required to do.
