Education

I'm a naturalized Japanese citizen and I've been living in Japan since 2006. I love the Japanese language and received a scholarship for my education in the language from a private company. I now work for a Japanese firm in charge of the IT system. I became a tutor because I want to share my knowledge of the Japanese language and culture with those who are interested in visiting, working, or living in Japan. In addition to traditional Japanese language courses, I also help students prepare for the SAT Subject Test in Japanese with Listening and those who are taking AP courses such as AP Japanese Language and Culture.

Experience

I've completed two years of Japanese language courses and two years of information technology courses at the Iwatani College of Business in Yokohama City, Japan. I am currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in social science education at West Visayas State University. During my studies, I earned several speech contests and I passed the N1 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT).

Japanese cusine such as sushi, sashimi, tonkatsu are my favorites.
